Are additional fees charged for any services at Student Health?

There is no fee for your visit to Student Health, however, fees are required for the following services:

• Immunizations - Tetanus/Pertussis booster (Tdap), Hepatitis B Vaccine, Meningitis Vaccine. The exact fee depends on our cost at the time.
• Laboratory testing - If any outside lab tests are required, ie blood tests, urine or wound cultures, there is a fee. This fee can be paid by cash or Eagle Card, or it can be billed to your health insurance. The exact fee is controlled by Quest Laboratories.
• Radiology - X-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs which are ordered by one of our providers will need to be done at an outside provider such as Samaritan Hospital. These tests will be billed to your health insurance.
• Physical Exams - Sports Physicals, Work Physicals, etc are $30.00
• TB tests - $5.00
