Question:
The abstract submission form asks who my faculty sponsor is. What is a faculty sponsor?
A faculty sponsor is an Ashland University faculty member who is familiar with your work and can attest to the academic or creative quality of your submission. A faculty sponsor is not necessarily your academic advisor, and may or may not have directly supervised your project. All students must have their abstracts read and approved by a faculty sponsor prior to submitting their abstracts. Failure to obtain faculty sponsor approval will result in rejection of your abstract.
