Question: 
I have been working on a research project for some time, but my study is not yet complete and ready for publication. Can I still present at the Symposium?

Certainly. You work does not need to be totally complete at the time of presentation, but bear in mind that you will need to provide sufficient background, preliminary data, and future directions for your project in your presentation.
