Question:

What is a FAFSA and what do I get from it?

FAFSA is a federal form required of a student who wants to receive federal loans. FAFSA itself is not “money,” rather it gathers your personal financial and household information to give an index to the Financial Aid Office. We then use that index to determine what loans you are eligible for.
