Enrollment & Housing Confirmation - International Students

You are required to live on campus. Housing assignments are made on a first served basis according to when this form is received. Please complete the following:

You will be placed in temporary housing and given assistance in finding an apartment. On-Campus housing is available if space permits. Temporary housing will be at the Surrey Inn. The charge is $50 per night ($25 for shared room). We will make the reservation for you.
