Winter Break Housing Application

This application is due no later than noon on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Applications received after that time may be denied or assessed a $25.00 late fee.

All residence halls are closed from 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 through 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 13, 2013. Any student requesting to be in the residence halls during that time must complete the following form. Completion of this form does not guarantee that housing will be provided. After the application has been completed the Office of Residence Life will determine whether housing will be approved and offered. The Office of Residence Life reserves the right to deny break housing to students on the basis of judicial or other reasons as determined by information provided on the application and through official University departments.

AGREEMENT
It is agreed and understood that this contract will provide housing for the above named student for the period specified. This agreement is designed to supplement the Housing Contract and is subject to the terms and conditions for that contract. All campus policies are in effect during breaks. Those policies and guidelines are available for review in the student handbook.
