Course Description:

The main objectives of this workshop "Positive Approaches to Help Students Succeed," (K-12) are understanding specific behaviors of challenging children/adolescents, learning strategies to improve academic and social behaviors (positive decision-making, goal-setting, etc.).  The class will look at utilizing corrective techniques to decrease negative behaviors, understanding the characteristics of ADD/ADHD students, and intervention and parental strategies for the ADD/ADHD student.  For more information please contact Beverly Warnimont at bev@bright.net.  To register for this class a deposit is required of $95.00.  Please mail to Effective Educational Seminars, Ltd.,  Attn: Beverly Warnimont, 1460 Sedward Ave., Napoleon, OH  43545.
