Course Description:

The main objectives of this 2-day seminar,"Positive Approaches to Help Students Succeed," (K-12) are understanding specific behaviors of challenging children/adolescents, learning strategies to imporve academic and social behaviors (positive decision-making, goal-setting, etc.) , utilizing corrective techniques to decrease negative bahaviors, understanding the characteristics of ADD/ADHD students, and intervention and parental strategies for the ADD/ADHD student.
