STRAT AT RISK STDNTS
Long before the “No Child Left Behind” initiative teachers, intervention specialists and administrators were continually challenged with finding the resources for students that didn’t succeed in our traditional school programs and were often at-risk of dropping out of school. State and national statistics reveal a current need for dropout prevention intervention in our schools. This workshop will address evidence-based strategies used in alternative education school settings that will provide students at risk of dropping out of school with successful outcomes.
