Children are being raised and educated in a socially toxic environment which has terribly adverse effects on their psychological development, advancement in school, attendance/retention in schools and possible future development as adults. Consequently, if this issue is not addressed, it will hinder everyone including the child, family, school, and community. This workshop will explore six toxic themes that endanger our children, schools, and community. This course will provide best practices to combat these toxic environments in our effort to educate healthy children.
