Research
The Gill Center also does research for area organizations and businesses. Some of these projects are done as part of a classroom learning situation, which broadens students' perspectives as well as provides the client with valuable, yet economical, information.
Support
The Gill Center, in addition to the hundreds of contributed hours of business leaders' time, receives financial support from the business community,
Economics America,
the Ohio Council on Economic Education. This money is used to support economic education for teachers, provide for new programs and teaching materials, do research, maintain the Center and help in its participation in state and national associations.
This additional support, frequently unsoliciated, is very much appreciated. Without it, the Center could not provide the variety and depth of economic education and business liaison activities.
