The following are required of Licensure and Endorsement applicants:
- Application
- Application Fee
- Cumulative undergraduate grade point average of 2.75 or above
- Official bachelor’s degree transcript from accredited college or university
- Copy of State of Ohio teaching license or its equivalent, if required
- Good Moral Character Form Additional Requirements for Administrative Licensure Programs:
- Official transcripts reflecting master’s degree work completed

Subsequent election to become an M.Ed. graduate student at this institution requires meeting all regular admission criteria noted above. Contact the Teacher Licensure and Testing office on main campus.
