This program leads to the Ohio Teacher Leader Endorsement. The 15-hour program, which prepares teachers to mentor, coach, collaborate, and lead building and district initiatives, provides the foundational knowledge and skills needed by teacher leaders. Combined with 9 years of teaching, master's degree, the Master Teacher Portfolio, the Teacher Leader Endorsement is one avenue to obtain a Lead Professional Educator License in the State of Ohio.
