Undergraduate and Transfer Admissions
Our "accent on the individual" means that we look at all aspects of your application, including your academic background, involvement in activities, and your essay.
Follow these steps to apply:
- Visit the academic programs link to find out if AU has the field of study you are interested in.
- Visit the expenses link to make sure that you have the necessary finances to study at AU. All applications are automatically considered for academic scholarships after a review of transcripts. Also make note of the deadlines.
- Depending on your TOEFL score you may need to attend our intensive English (ESL) program, called ACCESS, before beginning academic studies. Ashland University can offer conditional admission along with intensive English studies.
- Make sure that you have answers to all the application questions and meet the GPA requirements.
- If you have completed the above steps, then you are ready to apply! Please print our application here: Ashland University International Application, complete and mail it in with all the requested materials. We will let you know via email when your application has been received. Once all your application materials have been submitted we will reply within ten business days.
