You will need correct viewers for usage (see below).  Due to the size of the video clips, and length of time needed for download, viewing these items with dial-up connection is not recommended. Please note, video tutorials provide information identical to the handouts listed above.

Viewers for ERes

Do you need to see a PDF article and don't have the latest version on your computer? Do you need to see an excel file and your computer does not have Microsoft Excel?  Many software programs have viewers available for use.  The following list of free downloads may enable you to access items placed on reserve that require specific software for viewing.
