About the Initiative
The Manufacturing Competitiveness Initiative at Ashland University is housed in the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurial Studies in the Richard E. and Sandra J. Dauch College of Business and Economics building.
Mission
The Manufacturing Competitiveness Initiative at Ashland University provides small manufacturers confidential counseling and assessments, training programs to further develop profitability and efficiency, and resources to assist with business development.
The initiative serves six counties: Ashland , Huron, Medina , Richland , Stark, and Wayne .
How the Initiative can help you
By using various assessment tools, the Manufacturing Competitiveness Initiative analysts will assist the small manufacturer in critiquing and improving the business management of the manufacturing process.
Located at Ashland University , the Initiative has many partners to use as resources to reach the small manufacturer's goal.
