The Web Strategy Team met last week and a summary of the discussion items, decisions and action items are found in this summary. In an earlier meeting it was decided that the Academic Department pages under the Current Students audience pathway will be separated and no longer mirror the Future Undergraduates view. This is now in place and it will allow department authors/moderators, working in conjunction with the Academic Web Content Specialist, greater flexibility in updating the department pages. Marketing will continue to moderate the pages under the Future Undergraduate audience pathway. Issues discussed at the last meeting include the location of the Master Syllabi, Course Rotation and Curriculum Guide update policy, location of the old Curriculum Guides, location of Graduate Level academic information, University Landing Page, etc.
