There have been many changes to the Technical Support Center (TSC) based on feedback we received from our customers. We have added full-time staff, enhanced our student worker training program and implemented a new ticket tracking system. In a continuing effort to improve efficiency and service, we have just completed a remodel of the TSC by adding two walk-up windows (there are now three) and student technicians are staffing the windows. This allows for faster service for technical issues and makes it easier to pick up and drop off equipment.
