What this means for the Ashland University community:
- Users can look up and manage their own tickets easier.
- Center Directors will be able to see all tickets opened for their specific sites.
- Tickets can only be opened by calling the TSC at ext. 5405 or going to www.ashland.edu\faculty-staff\it and entering a ticket.
- Accepting tickets via email is no longer supported.
Information Technology will be posting short videos on how to use the new KBox system and will post this information as soon as it is available.
