This week IT will be implementing a new ticketing and inventory management system. Customers can either call the TSC (419.289.5405 or ext. 5405) and speak with a student technician or leave a voicemail after hours or they can go to the main IT web page at http://www.ashland.edu/faculty-staff/it and select the “Submit a Ticket” button. The form will ask the customer to provide some information and then the ticket is submitted for action. The new ticketing system will provide email updates to customers as the status of their ticket changes and allows them to look up tickets via to check on the status. More information will be available as we bring this system online.
