The following system changes were performed over the Christmas break:
- Datatel/Colleague System Virtualization – The Datatel/Colleague system was moved from a dedicated server architecture to a virtualized server architecture.
- KBox (IT Ticketing System) Upgrade – Several upgrades were made to the Technical Support Center ticketing system
