The Technical Support Center (TSC) could always be reached by calling 419-289-5405 or extension 5405 on-campus or at a Regional Center. Tickets can also be put in by going to https://kbox.it.ashland.edu/ and entering the information in the form presented (customers can also check the status of a ticket online as well). Now the TSC can also be reached via toll free number at 1-866-434-5222.
