Ashland University’s Career Services Center hosted its annual spring Job and Internship Fair in Myers Convocation Center on Feb. 22.
Approximately 55 organizations attended the event, including recruiters representing the Auditor of State, the Cleveland Cavaliers, DEA–Drug Enforcement Agency, Diebold, The J. M. Smucker Company, MedCentral Health Systems, Target Corporation, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services. According to Karen Hagans, executive director of the Career Services Center, the recruiters were seeking to fill a variety of positions including full-time, part-time, summer and internship employment opportunities. In addition, representatives from numerous graduate school programs will be represented.
“This was a fantastic opportunity for Ashland University students and alumni to meet with representatives from 55 organizations who are visiting Ashland University to recruit our students and graduates for available openings,” Hagans said.
