Classroom Down Tickets for The Technical Support Center

Faculty members teaching a class and experiencing difficulties they cannot resolve with the technology should TSC by calling ext. 5405 (419.289.5405 or toll free at 1.866.434.5222) or going to http://kbox.it.ashland.edu and entering a ticket. When opening a ticket it is important that you indicate that the “category” is “Classroom Down.” By indicating this category a text message is sent out to the desktop technicians and full time staff at the TSC. Impact is marked as “Classroom Down - need help now” or “Classroom Down - don’t disrupt class” letting us know that there is a classroom down and immediate attention is needed or to correct the issue after class is over, respectively.
