Mac OS X (10.7) Lion Upgrade

Employees who received a new Mac in 2011 that are currently running on the Snow Leopard operating system (Mac OS X version 10.6) are eligible for a free upgrade to Lion (Mac OS X version 10.7). The Lion OS was first released last summer, but there were stability issues associated with wireless and authentication using Active Directory until the most recent update (version 10.7.3) which was released in February, 2012. Please call the TSC at ext. 5405 or open a ticket at http://kbox.it.ashland.edu to be upgraded to the Mac Lion OS.
