Web Portal Project Update

The initial framework for the web portal has been set up and many Ashland University staff members are working on moving content from EagleWeb and other areas to the portal. There are still some technical issues to work out and IT will be offering training for portal content contributors after the start of the fall semester. The plan is to bring the portal functions for employees online over the fall semester, decommission EagleWeb at the end of the fall semester and begin working on the student functions of the portal in the fall and spring. The Ellucian Mobile Apps suite (called MOX) will be something that starts coming online in during the spring semester with the majority of the implementation work being completed next summer.
