Mediasite Upgrade

There will be a scheduled downtime of Mediasite on Monday, June 18, at 1 p.m. in order to upgrade the Mediasite Server. During this time the server may be unavailable causing intermittent availability of presentations. We plan on this outage to be brief and should be back up before 4 p.m. The system will be upgraded from Mediasite 5.3 to version 5.5.

We have been preparing our system for a smooth transition, and we have been in communication with Sonic Foundry to ensure that our system is ready for this upgrade. We are conducting this update during the day so we have the ability to utilize SonicFoundry’s support if needed. If you have questions or concerns, please let us know.
