Technical Support Center (TSC) Hours

The TSC is located on the first floor of Patterson Technology Center. The TSC can be reached at ext. 5405 or 419.289.5405 or toll free at 1.866.434.5222. A ticket can also be submitted or status checked by going to https://kbox.it.ashland.edu/. The TSC is open the following hours during the FA12 Semester:

Sunday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 9 pm
