As part of the efforts to move towards credential synchronization (login and password) among the major systems, WebAdvisor was moved to this synchronization model on September 17th. This means that the Ashland University community will no longer be able to change passwords via WebAdvisor but will need to do so using the Self-Service Password Reset Tool (see below) and that the password for WebAdvisor will be the same as the one used for Active Directory, Angel, Gmail/Google Apps, EagleWeb, kBox (TSC Ticketing) and e-Academy (Microsoft Office download site).
