    John Kasich, former congressman and 2010 Gubernatorial candidate, will speak at Ashland University on Nov. 16. Kasich will address “A New Way, A New Day” as part of the fall 2009 Major Issues Lecture Series presented by the John M. Ashbrook Center for Public Affairs at Ashland University.

  • Science and Technology Forum to be Held at Hudson High School on October 31

    High school students and teachers are being invited to attend the Scholarship of Entrepreneurial Engagement’s 2009-2010 Science and Technology Forum to be held on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at Hudson High School. The forum, sponsored by Ashland University’s Scholarship of Entrepreneurial Engagement (SEE) program, is targeted toward science and technology students and teachers and provides an optional Science Concept Plan competition.

    The Coburn Gallery at Ashland University to Host ‘What is a Hero?’ Photography Exhibition

    The Coburn Gallery at Ashland University will host a photography exhibition titled “What is a Hero?” from Sept. 10 to Oct. 25. The exhibition, which will feature both war veteran and caregiver portraits as well as other topics, will be held in conjunction with the College of Arts and Sciences fall symposium “Against Indifference.”
