The public relations office is responsible for the marketing of Ashland University, which includes the advertising of the institution as well as the advertising of events and programs of individual departments.

If you have an event or program you would like promoted, call the public relations office to discuss your needs. The office can provide samples of advertisements and provide you with cost estimates. Please contact the office several weeks in advance of the event to allow time for the design and development of the ad and for the placement in the newspaper(s).

In addition to this promotional advertising, the office works with the Office of the Provost and the Personnel Office to place personnel job listing ads for faculty and staff in local and regional newspapers. Please make sure to work several weeks in advance when requesting job listings because of deadlines with The Chronicle of Higher Education and newspapers.
