Location: Lobby of Hugo Young Theatre, Center for the Arts, Corner of College Avenue & Grant Street
Hours: Noon – 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, & One hour prior to each performance

Payment
A credit card is required to purchase tickets over the phone. We do not "hold" tickets without payment. If you wish to purchase tickets with cash or by check, you must come to the box office.

Refunds
No refunds except in the case of a cancelled event not replaced. Due to the nature of live performances, programs and dates are subject to change. Only season pass holders may reschedule free of charge.

Children
Children under the age of five are not permitted for any reason unless otherwise noted.

Electronic Devices/Cameras and Recording Devices
To avoid disruption of the performance, all cell phones and pagers must be turned off before entering the theatre. Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the theatre.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the house manager.
