Groups eligible for membership include:
- Full-Time Undergraduate Students: Undergraduate student enrolled at Ashland University with at least 12 credit hours. Students are elligible to purchase the semester before classes begin (dependant on payment of fees through the Business Office).
- Part-Time Undergraduate Students: Undergraduate student enrolled at Ashland University with less than 12 credit hours. Students are elligible to purchase the semester before classes begin (dependant on payment of fees through the Business Office).
- Graduate Students: A students enrolled in graduate courses at Ashland University.
- Seminary Students: A student enrolled in graduate courses at Ashland Seminary.
- Access Students: International students enrolled in the Access program at Ashland University.
- Faculty: A full-time faculty member at Ashland University.
- Staff: An administrator or hourly staff who is employed full-time or permanent part-time.
- Alumni: Graduates, and spouses, of Ashland University (undergraduate or graduate), Ashland Theological Seminary or MedCentral College of Nursing.
- Trustee: Member of the Ashland University Board of Trustees.
- Retired Faculty/Staff: A retired faculty or staff member who belongs to the Ashland University Heritage Club.
- Adjunct of 10 or More Years: Adjunct professor at Ashland University or Ashland Theological Seminary for 10 or more years.
- Family: Spouse and all children who reside in household. Children must be naturally or legally adopted, no older than 24 years of age, and claimed as a dependent.
- Spouse: The spouse of an undergraduate student, part-time student, graduate student, seminary student, faculty, staff, trustee, or retired faculty/staff member.
