Enrolling in the Program

New Students

Before an applicant can be officially accepted into the Division of Adult Studies Program, the following information must be sent to the Division of Adult Studies Program office:

• A completed Division of Adult Studies Program application form
• A $25 non-refundable application fee
• Official transcripts from all colleges and universities that the applicant has attended. Official high school transcripts (or GED) are required if the applicant does not have any previous college credit
  • High School Transcript Request Form
• A current resume.

Returning Students

• A completed Re-Admit/Re-Activation Form
• Official transcripts from all colleges and universities that have been attended by the applicant since last being enrolled at Ashland University
• An updated resume
