Emotional Wellness reflects your ability to understand and deal with your feelings as a whole. Emotional wellness means finding solutions to emotional problems and dealing with these problems. Sometimes this means seeking out professional help. It is important to attend to your own thoughts and feelings, monitor your reactions and identify obstacles that get in the way of your emotional wellness.
Maintaining good mental health, a positive self-esteem, positive self-image, and positive attitude are key factors in achieving emotional wellness. It is also important to be realistic about situations that arise in the day to day and learn how to deal with those situations appropriately, while knowing how those situations affect your emotional wellbeing.
