Below is the menu for the 2013 summer residency. Please note: This menu is subject to change. Students are advised to review the menu before making a decision as to whether or not to purchase the meal plan. The on-campus housing facilities include full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, and stoves for those students who prefer to prepare their own meals due to strict dietary needs. Vegetarian/vegan students should notify the administrative director of their needs.
All lunches will be served in the University dining hall. Breakfast is on your own.
