IT has partnered with e-academy to allow for downloads of the Microsoft Office 2010, 2011 (Mac) and Window 7 software packages. These downloads are free (there is a charge if you want to have the media shipped to your home) and can be used to install Microsoft Office on your computer. Regular Maintenance Windows
The Office of Information Technology reserves Saturday evenings from 10:00pm through Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. for scheduled maintenance on the network and computer systems. While network and other services may be available during this time period, this is not guaranteed.
In addition, services may be interrupted for short periods before 8:00 a.m. for system checks and equipment restarts. Any other maintenance outside of these reserved maintenance windows will be announced in advance in the Ashland University Campus Communications and all scheduled outages on the Learning Management System (Angel) will be announced well in advance and posted on the Angel system login page.
Unplanned and unscheduled system and network outages may be announced via campus email or text notification depending on length and impact of the outage.
