1. Marketing Liaisons
Each campus departments is assigned a marketing liaison to assist you with your projects. Contact your liaison to initiate any new design jobs, and work with them through the process to design approval.

2. E-mail Your Order
E-mail your new order to your liaison with these project details in the body of the e-mail:
Color/# of inks (i.e. 1-color black, 2-color or full color)
Paper (glossy vs. uncoated, etc.)

Special Instructions (as needed)
Attach related documents including text (approved by your supervisor) and any visual reference artwork to this project e-mail. If you are revising an old piece, provide a scan with marked edits. Please include any photo files you have or provide direction for what you would like to see. If you require a quote for your job, this must be indicated in the body of this e-mail as well.
3. Brand New Projects
If your project is a brand new project (having never been done before), please complete the Project Request Form and attach it to your e-mail order. This form is intended to allow us more insight to your target audience, primary message and especially the goals you have for the project. The more we know, the more we can assist you in creating the best piece possible.
Are your final materials going off campus (printed or electronic)?
Any materials that are being created with the intent of being distributed off campus or to off-campus audiences (including prospective students, parents, alumni, donors, community members, etc.) must be submitted to Marketing for review and design. These include parent communications, recruiting materials, event invitations, etc. Please refer to the step-by-step process for submitting these orders.
Are your materials staying on campus (printed or electronic)?
Student organizations may design their own posters, flyers, etc. that are for on-campus use only (no logo required). Departments creating similar materials for on-campus purposes should send their materials to their marketing liaison for review prior to sending to print.
Are you a vendor looking for branding and trademark approval?
Vendors producing specialty products (signage, promotional products, etc.) should gain logo approval from Marketing and our trademark team before final artwork is products. E-mail your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com for approval.
