Are your final materials going off campus (printed or electronic)?
Any materials that are being created with the intent of being distributed off campus or to off-campus audiences (including prospective students, parents, alumni, donors, community members, etc.) must be submitted to Marketing for review and design. These include parent communications, recruiting materials, event invitations, etc. Please refer to the step-by-step process for submitting these orders.
Are your materials staying on campus (printed or electronic)?
Student organizations may design their own posters, flyers, etc. that are for on-campus use only (no logo required). Departments creating similar materials for on-campus purposes should send their materials to their marketing liaison for review prior to sending to print.
Are you a vendor looking for branding and trademark approval?
Vendors producing specialty products (signage, promotional products, etc.) should gain logo approval from Marketing and our trademark team before final artwork is products. E-mail your artwork to augraphics@ashland.edu and mportner@ashland.edu for approval.
Do you just need a logo file?
Logo request can be sent directly to augraphics@ashland.edu.
