For more than 130 years Ashland University has been home to individuals looking for academic, social and spiritual growth. Judeo-Christian values are at the core of this unique purpose-driven environment, where relationships, like the degreed programs, are highly personal. Accent on the individual is center to every aspect of life on campus, beginning with a foundational approach to a personal learning plan. Faculty and staff who are on a first-name basis with students, a warm, family-like culture and a campus-centric social scene are just a few of the reasons students cite for coming to and staying at Ashland University.
Ashland’s four colleges, Graduate School and Theological Seminary combine to offer 73 undergraduate majors and nine pre-professional programs, including two doctorate programs. This nationally ranked university is known for its strong academic programs and boasts a new state-of-the-art facility for its nursing program.
The NCAA Division II athletic program is another great source of pride for the Ashland community, cultivating more than 800 All-American athletes. The Eagles boast an impressive top 10 all-sports Division II ranking for the last four consecutive years. New athletic facilities, including a 5,200-seat stadium, provide access for competitive and recreational athletes alike.
From nationally recognized scholars programs and innovative learning labs, to places of worship and award-winning dining facilities, Ashland’s 135-acre campus is designed to nurture all aspects of student development.
