Statement of Intent:

Fees:

Classes usually run between:

2007-2008 Beginning September 1 07

2008-2009 Beginning September 1 08

Occasionally, a class will require an additional material fee.

Grades:
Most graduate credit will be graded:
               S (Satisfactory) - Applies to work B- or better.
               U (Unsatisfactory) - Applies to work C+ or lower.
An S or U will not be used in grade point computation.  If a letter grade is needed, please notify the instructor immediately.

Official Transcript:
To receive an official transcript, a transcript request needs to be sent to the registrars office.  Please complete the online transcript request form, and a $4.00 check or money order for each official transcript requested.  Then send to the address below or fax to the Registrar's Office with a current credit card number and expiration date.   www.ashland.edu/registrar/transcrpt.html

Class Schedule Deadlines
If you are sponsoring an open class which you want listed in our 2006-2007 Graduate Credit Class Schedules, the materials must be submitted to our office no later than: 

Sept. 15, for the October electronic schedule,  Jan 12 for February electronic schedule , 

Apr 7, for May electronic schedule.

Open PDS HQ requests which are received after that date will be posted on our web page but can not be included in the printed schedule.  Your help in getting materials to us promptly is always appreciated.
