Career Outlook For Marketing Majors

Job growth in marketing and related fields is expected to grow at an average rate (about 12 percent) through 2016. Due to shifts in the economy, jobs in manufacturing areas will likely decline, but those in scientific, professional, technical and related services will grow. College graduates fueled creativity, strong communication skills and computer/Internet savvy will have the best chance at competing for these coveted jobs.
