EFFECTIVE July 1st, 2009 the new charge for the entire facility will be:
$1500 for 4 hours
$2500 for 8 hours
Outside groups can rent the Rec Center sand volleyball courts for a $30/hour per court charge. They can be rented to outside groups during the spring break and summer only.
Requirements During Operating Hours:
- Reservation must be made 2 weeks in advance.
- Reservation requires a $20 non-refundable deposit.
- Each participant must fill out a liability waiver (parent/legal guardian signature required for anyone under 18).
- Final payment is due the day of the event. Waivers are due the day of the event.
- Organization must provide proper supervision—one adult for every 20 children.
- Recreation Center members must have a valid membership to get into the Recreation Center.
- When the facility is rented to outside groups, list of the participants must be provided upon request.

Individual Areas:
*Reservations are free to campus groups with completed form and payment of staff fees as necessary.
- Aerobic Room—$30/hour
- One Racquetball Court- $30/hour
- One Basketball Court - $30/hour
- Rock Wall—$60/hour +worker fees
- Gameroom—$40/hour
- MAC (Multi-Athletic Court) —$40/hour
- Pool—$110/hour
- Pool and a movie - $140/hour
- Golf Simulator—$40/hour
- Rec Center Sand Volleyball Court -- $40/hour

(Individual activity areas are not offered for rent when the facility is closed, only the entire facility)

$325 an hour for any additional hours: effective July 1st, 2009 each additional hour will be $375
