The timeline for returning students is as follows:

| Thursday, January 24 | Applications for the Senior House made available |
| Wednesday, February 6 | Applications for the Senior House due by 5:00 p.m. |
| Thursday, February 7 | Senior House applicants notified regarding placement/non-placement after 4:00 p.m. |
| Friday, February 8 | Applications for senior apartments due by 5:00 p.m. |
| Friday, February 15 | Senior apartments applicants notified regarding placement/non-placement after 4:00 p.m. |
| Thursday, March 1 | Off-Campus and Commuter applications due |
| Tuesday, March 4 | Senior Apartments Placement Lottery (9:30 p.m. in Residence Life) |
