The Seminary does not hold itself responsible for refunds, but when the cause seems just, refunds will be made as follows:
Period enrolled from first day of class (based on the quarter system):

• After one week 90%
• After two weeks 80%
• After three weeks 70%
• After four weeks 60%
• After five weeks NONE
