Lisa is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sport Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Ashland. She is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified instructor and has been instructing Pilates for two years. In the last two years, she has also instructed Boot Camp and Step Aerobics classes. Lisa currently is a volunteer assistant coach for the Ashland University track and field team, serves as the Lead Group Exercise Instructor and Fitness and Wellness Intern for the Rec. Center, and is co-president of Peers Promoting Organized Wellness (PPOW). Her interests include fitness and wellness, track and field, coaching, and working out.
