ANNUAL RE-CHARTERING PROCESS:

All fully chartered organizations must submit a roster by Friday, October 1, 2008 to sgray1@ashland.edu. Rosters must be submitted in this format to be accepted.

By submitting this roster, your organization will be re-chartered for one academic year. If you fail to submit a roster, your organization will lose its active status and all rights on campus.

All provisional organizations must sumbit a constitution and roster by Wednesday, March 4, 2009 to sgray1@ashland.edu. Guidlelines for creating a Constitution can be found in the Student Organizational Manual.  

By submitting these items, the President and Advisor of the organization agree to review and abide by all policies as outlined in the Student Organization Manual. 

ANNUAL FUNDING PROCESS:

Fully chartered organizations requesting funds, please follow these directions:

Click HERE to complete the Funding Request Worksheet, then email this document to sgray1@ashland.edu by Wednesday, March 4, 2009. Funding Requests must be submitted in this format to be accepted.

Provisional organizations are not permitted to apply for funding.  

ADDITIONAL FORMS FOR STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS:

Use the Provisional Charter Application if you want to create a new organization on campus.

Would you like to receive more funding for a special project? Fill out the Additional/Late Funding Request.

Be sure to use your funds correctly, refer to this handy Guideline for Using ABCC Funds.

Doing a fundraiser on campus? Be sure to get the Solicitation and Fundraising Request Form approved.

After your fundraiser is finished, fill out and submit the Sales Tax Form.
