Counseling Services FAQ's
Is there a charge for counseling services?
All counseling services are free and available to all full-time AU students. Part-time students are scheduled according to availability.

Are appointments kept confidential?
Yes, all appointments, records and recommendations are confidential and students can choose a private location for meeting.

What type of services are offered?
Individual, group, marital and pre-marital counseling, IQ, achievement and personality testing as well as practice and assessment for the LSAT, MCAT, GMAT, GRE and Praxis exams.

Can the counselors write prescriptions?
No, however counseling services will make a medical referral to the physician who will determine if a prescription is necessary.
