The Pathways Mentoring Program is a mentorship that was created to pair up upperclassmen and incoming freshman in order to help new students assimilate into Ashland University through networking, attending campus programs, and serving as positive role models.

Pathways kicks off the year, along with Minority Student Services and the Black Student Union, at the Welcome Dessert.
