Where is the Office for Judicial Affairs located?
The Office for Judicial Affairs is located in the Student Affairs office located on the second floor of the Hawkins-Conard Student Center.

Where can I find the rules and regulations for Ashland University?

Could there be consequences for violation an Ashland University policy off campus?
Yes, according to the Ashland University Student Handbook, the university reserves the right to investigate and to subsequently take university action for behavior of Ashland students in off-campus situations when such behavior is believed to have an impact on the surrounding community or the university.

Are all policy violations treated with the same consequences?
No, there are different levels of offenses ranging from levels one to four, level one being the most severe.

What are the most frequently violated policies?
The most frequently violated policies include the visitation policy and the alcohol policy.

Do students have the right to appeal judicial decision sanctions?
Yes, students have the right to appeal their given sanctions under the reasons provided by the student handbook located online at http://www.ashland.edu/stuaff/handbook/index.html.

Can I get into trouble by being with someone that violates an Ashland University policy, but I dont?
Yes, accessory responsibility is located in the handbook; however, the severity of the consequences depends upon the judicial matter.
