K Greenleaf's philosophy of servant leadership. Ashland University
offers a three fold journey:
inward-leadership development
outward-community engagement
upward-spiritual development

Who lives in the Servant Leadership house?
A
maximum of 36 selected students live in the house that is co-ed
by floor.

What do these students do in the Servant Leadership house?
Students
participate in small group discussions. The 2005-2006 discussions
centered on servant leadership. In addition, they participate in
community engagement opportunities that included a Hurricane Katrina
relief trip to Mississippi in 2005-2006.
4) Do I have to be a senior to live in the Servant Leadership house?
No, the Servant Leadership
house houses students from freshman through senior year.
